Public Records are now available online!

In an effort to provide the people greater access to online documents, we are making images available to the public beginning with the year 2020. We will continue to make images available to the people as our Redaction Program progresses.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Domestic Relations court records will not be made available online at this time.
  • If a document you seek is unavailable, please contact our Public Records Department at [email protected] to request a copy of the document. This email is for the request of documents only. 
  • If you are an eFiler, images are available after login.

Foreclosures

Domestic Relations (Effective August 1, 2023)

- Dissolution

- Divorce

 

 

All other domestic relations actions and pleadings are to be sent to the Lake County Clerk of Courts by regular U.S. Mail, express mail, or by commerical service. In person filings are not necessary.

 

Protection orders must be filed in person. 


 

WARNING: Removal of document metadata is the responsibility of the filer. Any document metadata remaining may become part of the public record.
